The Alan Fraser Trio
Pete Furnish and I were recruited by Alan Fraser, brilliant pianist and saxophonist and writer of laconic lyrics which he delivered in a very laid back vocal style. The trio had an all too brief career (as ‘The Binliners’) playing opposite alternative comedians. Hugely enjoyable gigs. We recorded some of Alan’s songs at the Beebs studios in Milton Keynes. I’ll put some here when I can find the tapes !
